Returns

Returns are not accepted for products that are made to order, produced at the customer's request, or prepared upon order.

For reasons of hygiene and product safety, returns cannot be made for products that have been used, damaged, or have lost their original condition.

Exchanges

Provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale, you may request an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exchange requests are evaluated based on stock availability and product suitability.

For made-to-order designs, exchange requests arising from changes in colour, size, model or personal preference are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you believe your order was delivered damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and report the situation with photographs.

If a manufacturing-related issue is identified upon inspection, the product is repaired free of charge or replaced with the same product.
