Delivery for Orders Paid by Bank Transfer/EFT

For orders you place by bank transfer or EFT, the TOTAL amount must be sent to rheyacose.com's bank account before your order can be prepared. For purchases made by EFT and/or bank transfer, if the payment is not reflected in our accounts, the order cancellation period is 2 days. In this case your order is held for 2 days, and if payment is not made the order is then CANCELLED.

As soon as your payment is reflected in our bank account, the order moves to the preparation stage. Transfer orders placed on weekdays until 2:00 p.m. (provided payment has arrived) are handed over to the courier the same day. On weekends (Saturday–Sunday) or official holidays, your orders are handed to the courier on the first business day after the holiday.

Delivery takes place as follows: depending on the distance of the specified address from rheyacose.com, the courier company delivers your order to your address within 1–3 days. For remote areas, however, delivery times may vary. Remote areas are locations without a courier branch where vehicle delivery is made only on certain days of the week.

Is My Order Dispatched the Same Day?

All purchases you make on rheyacose.com on weekdays until 2:00 p.m. are handed to the courier the same day. However, on rare occasions, delivery times for made-to-order products vary according to production time. Delivery information and times for such products are provided to our customers on the product pages. In the event of a delay on our part, you will be notified based on your membership details. This is why it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on public and official holidays.

All the products you select will be delivered to you with a guarantee by our contracted courier company. The products you purchase will be confirmed to you by a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected is out of stock, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding this and you will be informed of the date the product will first be back in stock.

rheyacose.com is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. On rare occasions it is possible for the same product to be purchased and for it to sell out; in this case, if you have paid for a product online and it is no longer in our stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be provided to the customer within these dates, the payment made is refunded.
