Returns: We do not accept returns on personalized items, products made to the customer's specifications, or made-to-order pieces.
For reasons of hygiene and product safety, returns are also not accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition.
Exchanges: You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
